Membership and Shipping

You may become a EPICURISTA member by providing the requested registration information and submitting it to Hilariouscotton - Unipessoal Lda (from now on named EPICUR) through EPICUR websites or applications. By becoming a member and placing an order, you agree to receive a shipment of at least 3 bottles of wine from EPICUR once a month until your membership ends. A shipping charge of $3.5 may apply based on in case you live in Azores or Madeira. International shipping occurs in a surcharge of 18€ if in UE. To the rest of the world shipping is calculated individually   By becoming a member and providing your membership and credit card information, you authorize EPICUR to charge your credit card (including shipping if applicable) through online payment platform MYPOS (www.mypos.eu). Please notify us at least 3 days prior to any shipment to update your account information, , change your address, skip a shipment, or to cancel your membership.

Membership Termination 

You may cancel your EPICURISTA Membership at any time by calling EPICUR  at (+351) 914614612 Monday through Friday or and between 17:00 p.m. and 00:00 a.m. Greenwich timezon [00:00] or via email at epicurista@epicur.wine. EPICUR may terminate your membership and refuse any and all current or future use of your EPICURISTA Membership or any EPICUR service, or any portion thereof: (1) in order to comply with applicable laws, (2) if you provide any information that EPICUR determines, in its sole discretion, to be untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or if the information becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), (3) if EPICUR determines, in its sole discretion, that you are using your EPICUR Membership in a manner not permitted by these Terms, or (4) in other circumstances, as EPICUR deems appropriate in its sole discretion.



EPICUR reserves the right of not refunding a cancelled membership as the payment is integral and by package (3-month, 6-month and 12-month) and not based on a monthly membership. 

Member Registration 

If you register to become a EPICURISTA member, you agree to complete the initial registration process according to the requirements stated on the applicable service, and to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your legal name, age, billing address, delivery address (if different), email address, and telephone number. When making a purchase on or through EPICURISTA, you must provide accurate and complete information as required when using a credit card or other payment card, including the cardholder name, payment card number, expiration date, and if requested, card security code, at the time of submitting your order form - all data is processing securely by MYPOS (help@mypos.com). You represent and warrant to EPICUR that your use of a payment card in connection with any purchase you make on or through EPICUR Services is authorized and legal. 

Member Information Changes 

You are responsible for updating your registration information, and payment service or payment card information, as applicable, and for making sure that the billing address in your registration information is consistent with the billing address for your payment service or payment card. You are also responsible for promptly notifying your payment service or payment card issuer of any changes to your billing information or of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your payment service account or payment card number.

Commitment to Quality

If you are dissatisfied with your EPICURISTA purchase for any reason, please contact EPICUR Member Services at at (+351) 914614612 Monday through Friday or and between 17:00 p.m. and 00:00 a.m. Greenwich timezon [00:00] or via email at epicurista@epicur.wine, so we can resolve your concerns. We may make arrangements for a return or re-ship, if appropriate. As a condition of providing you or re-ship, we may require you to return the product to EPICUR. Subject to the conditions set forth here, EPICUR will give you, as your sole remedy, a refund in an amount equal to the price of the product, plus applicable taxes, by providing you with an account credit. 


EPICURISTA is a service that sells packages of memberships that referes solely to the products refered in Membership term, all other items are offered and EPICUR have the right to cease or cancel anytime without affecting the membership. The 12-month offer refered as "Wine Trip" is a offer valid for 2 nights in accomodation on Full Board on a location chosen by EPICUR. EPICUR Services agree to have the full programme disclosed within 60 days from the departure and the same may be subject of changes from third parties without prior notice.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from EPICUR are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. The company in charge will be informed upon email sent days before confirming the shipment. 

Agreement to Arbitrate
You and EPICUR agree that any claim or dispute at law or equity that has arisen or may arise between us relating in any way to this or previous versions of the EPICURISTA Terms, your use of EPICUR Sites, Applications or Services, or to any products sold or distributed by EPICUR or through EPICUR Sites, Applications or Services will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify and the case proceeds as an individual (non-class, non-representative) case.
